pc crashing

 Hello i hope all of ya are doing okay so look i bought a powerspec pc at first it never crashed never had any problems took it to get the ssd replaced and ever since that my pc has been crashing and freezing on fortnite and roblox i can be on fortnite and my whole pc just freezes can't even move the cursor or nothing updated drivers,did everything in a youtube tutorial still not fixed idk some ppl kept telling me it was my gpu cause I looked at the texts and it did say gpu crash detected so idk what the problem  could be anymore  but I don't wanna go all the way back to micro center spent like 50 on 2 rides so if anyone knows how to fix it pls let me know:)

Freezing like that typically strikes me as a drive issue. What model is it and what SSD was installed?

Can you check the motherboard version in msinfo32?

What BIOS are you on? Should also be listed in MSINFO32.

We need to rule out the obvious. The drive potentially being faulty or incompatible. Do you have the old drive? Why was it replaced?

I have the old ssd drive it was replaced cause of blue screens and black screens but ever since has been installed js been crashing and freezing and my memory has gone way up cpu crash more with old ram never had that @PowerSpec_MikeW

Old RAM? Was that upgraded too?

My fault I meant to say old ssd drive the ram was not upgraded but u can help me fix it

The pc won't even use the display anymore it js turns on and off now
