About the 2-year plan return
I bought a 9800X3D with the Micro Center 2-year plan.
This CPU makes my games lag and stutter, and I’m 100–200 FPS lower than my friend on the same build.
Can I return it and pay the difference to upgrade to the 9900X3D?
