Do open box Asrock GPUs have any warranty?
I reserved an open box Asrock GPU for pickup, but after digging a little bit I'm concerned that the item has no warranty. When I reserved the item, Micro Center stated that it had what remained of a 3 year manufacturers warranty. But Asrock's website states that they only offer a 1 year warranty, and after talking with someone at the store they stated that it would only have a 1 year warranty provided directly through Asrock.
But after digging a little bit further, I found this clause in Asrock's US RMA request form:
All RMA requested product with Physical damage, purchase as open box, or without valid invoice/receipt is treated as out of warranty.
Weirdly, this clause is not included on their other page with their RMA Policy. So would this GPU have any warranty at all?
