Is there a new firmware for the Inland performance plus 4TB SSD 3D TLC NAND with firmware EIFM31.4?
Posted this as a new discussion, but haven't seen a response. There was a new firmware posted for the 2TB variant, but not this one. Under heavy writes mine has quit and lost data on me a couple of times, rendering it kind of useless as is. Wasn't sure what happened the first time. The second time confirmed the problem. I've seen other manufacturers release new firmware for similar devices over the past year that seems to resolve the issues.

I have 2 4tb NVMe performace plus drives and need to update them. so leaving a comment to get more visibility on this post

Rejected the answer so that it would still appear in the unanswered questions. Should this be posted elsewhere, so that someone from Micro Center would at least comment on it?

I tried calling Microcenter before about this. They simply said to bring it in for a swap. Seems like there will be no firmware updates for these drives.
