Is there a new firmware for the Inland performance plus 4TB SSD 3D TLC NAND with firmware EIFM31.4?

Posted this as a new discussion, but haven't seen a response. There was a new firmware posted for the 2TB variant, but not this one. Under heavy writes mine has quit and lost data on me a couple of times, rendering it kind of useless as is. Wasn't sure what happened the first time. The second time confirmed the problem. I've seen other manufacturers release new firmware for similar devices over the past year that seems to resolve the issues.
