Monthly NYC PC Giveaway (Community Initiative)

Hello everyone, My name is Eric, a NYC based PC technician and builder. I recently started a monthly community initiative called the NYC PC Giveaway.

Each month, I personally build and give away one custom desktop PC to a New York City resident (or a parent/guardian entering on behalf of a minor). The goal is to help local families and kids gain access to reliable computers for learning, creativity, and gaming at a time when quality systems are becoming harder to afford.

A few important points about the project:

• Entry is free and open to NYC residents
• No purchase or donation is required to enter
• Donations, if offered, do not increase odds
• Winners are selected fairly and announced publicly
• Builds are assembled, tested, and documented by me

This is not a business or resale project — it’s a community-driven effort focused on access, transparency, and giving back. I’m sharing here to connect with others who care about PC building, tech access, and community initiatives.
