Long time user first time build(bad timing I know)

I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice. The bundle of CPU , mobo and ram which I know is cl36 but of the bundles it's the best of the 3 imo. Also open to other parts in terms of SSD, fans, case I'd like the Lian li but open to suggestions on anything. Willing to buy off other sites for build but would like a one stop at microcenter. It's not easy to get to where I live but they have everything in person. Looking for 1440 and some 4k gaming hence the 5070ti. Was looking long time at 9070xt but went Nvidia for gaming and slightly better drivers and support for dlss over fsr but open to suggestions or anything. 5080 is not worth the money imo and 5090 isn't needed.
