Does full refund include shipping cost?

I ordered an unifi cloud gateway fiber and it is still in transit. The page does say full refund within 30 days.
I ordered an unifi cloud gateway fiber and it is still in transit. The page does say full refund within 30 days.
Then, I noticed there is a bundle for UCGfiber and U7-Pro.
is it possible if I refuse the delivery or return the UCGFiber and got full refund include shipping costs. And then purchase the bundle?
