Can't Place Order for Pickup?

It's like y'all really don't want my money. I've been trying all morning and afternoon to place an order for a PC and paying for it to be built in-store for pickup later, and every time I input my card info and 'complete checkout', it kicks me back to the same page, no errors or nothing. Earlier, it straight-up just cleared out my cart but I never received an order confirmation or receipt, I see no pending charges on my bank, and it's literally like the website just decided to put everything back.

It's extremely frustrating that I can't just call my local store to figure out what's going on. The live chat agent said they'd call me, but they haven't yet, and much as I'd -like- to give MicroCenter my business, you're making it extremely difficult. I've used Chrome and Edge with the same results, I know my card is fine, there's no locks on it or anything that I'm aware of.

What's going on? Is this an issue with the site? Am I just going to have to go down there and pick everything off the shelf myself and have them build it right there? It's a little ridiculous.
