Remote warranty support for failing Inland SSD
Has anyone had any luck getting a warranty replacement without taking the item into the store?
I contacted Microcenter via live chat and was told that I could not get warranty support without bringing the item into the store. (I offered to ship the item in for evaluation, but was told that was not an option.)
I live 90 minutes away from the closest store and a three hour round trip would be extremely inconvenient.
The item in question is a 2TB Inland SSD which is still under warranty and appears to be experiencing a controller failure.
