G911 Ethernet port stopped working!

I purchased my system last August. Today, my direct connection to house internet (1.2GB ethernet) stopped working. The cable is fine as it works with other PCs and my laptop. No flashing green light comes on the back panel of the PC now when the ethernet cable is plugged in. Is it hosed or is there some way to diagnose an ethernet port? Is there a number I can call (Parkville MD)?

EDIT: I went into Device Manager and removed the controller, rebooted, and Windows reinstalled the driver which returned ethernet function. Noe I'm on the 2A05 BIOS. Is there a further update? Is there a chipset update I should consider? I haven't updated anything except the BIOS, Windows and NVIDIA drivers so perhaps a chipset update is in order?

We push the drivers through Windows Update, so the ethernet will update itself as well as the chipset drivers. Likely the card threw a code 10. Just a soft reinstall would have probably fixed it. Just keep an eye on it and see if it happens again, but otherwise, I wouldn't try fixing something that currently isn't broken.
