B850 Gaming Wifi6 AM5 - Powerspec Build G757 - Bios Question
Hello Engineers,
Hi, I’m looking for an updated BIOS for my PowerSpec desktop. To be clear, I am not experiencing any issues at the moment.
Purchase Date: March 21
Model: G757
Motherboard Model: B850 Gaming Wifi6
Bios Firmware Version: AMI F5a GA2 (7/31/2025)
Board Revision: x.x (Per Speccy it shows x.x, the PCB does not have a revision number in the bottom left where the Mobo model is normally listed) (Does that mean it is OEM and not retail? I wonder)
I attempted to update using the retail Gigabyte BIOS (F10), but Q‑Flash reports “Invalid BIOS Image.” From what I understand, this system uses a PowerSpec‑specific OEM BIOS branch, so retail Gigabyte updates aren’t compatible with checksums during QFlash.
My Ask:
Is there a newer PowerSpec‑signed BIOS available for this model? Is it worth trying QFlash+ or ill-advised?
If possible, I’d also like to know whether the current F5a GA2 build includes fixes for the recent Gigabyte/AMI UEFI vulnerabilities (CVE‑2024‑13176, CVE‑2024‑2315, CVE‑2025‑33043, CVE‑2025‑2884, CVE‑2025‑7029/7028/7027/7026).
Thanks — just trying to make sure the system is fully up to date.

Attached our custom F11b.
You can the Gigabyte BIOS with flashback. You just wouldn't get our automatic driver updates.
Fixes would correspond with the descriptions for the same BIOS on the Gigabyte site.
