Powerspec G528 Bluetooth Not Working

I recently purchased the Powerspec G528 from Microcenter and have been using it for around 3 weeks, but I've encountered an issue with its Bluetooth. After turning it off or after a while, the Bluetooth turns off by itself and disappears, making it unable to turn it back on. The only way to get it back is by restarting my PC, but the issue continues to occur. I've tried downloading the latest Bluetooth driver for my motherboard, making sure the Wifi and Bluetooth antennas were connected properly, disabled/re-enabled the driver, and uninstalling the driver, but the issue persists. I also turned off the power setting that allows the PC to turn the Bluetooth adapter off to save power, turned off faster startup in power settings, and unplugged my PC and subsequently held the power button for 30 seconds afterwards. The device status in Device Manager will say Windows stopped the device as it reported problems, or say no device is found. While my Bluetooth is having issues, the Wifi works fine. Any help with fixing this issue would be appreciated!
