Micro center didnt include expiration date for the redeem codes by purchasing AMD and Nvidia product

I purchased both AMD and Nvidia products at MC Santa Clara at the end of April. I got two emails for the game codes.. When I redeemed them on May 27th, it showed that both codes were expired. But when I looked back the emails carefully. there was no expiration dates. and customer support deferred my ask to AMD and Nvidia by providing the wrong links. It is very frustrated and broken experience.
