Need a receipt emailed - "Resend Receipt" is not working

Hello,
I was wondering if support could help me get a copy of my receipt for the purchase I made on 01/16/2025. I followed the directions at https://community.microcenter.com/kb/articles/4-how-do-i-get-a-copy-of-my-receipt several times but I never got any emails. My CPU died and I'm trying to RMA it but I need the email confirmation requested by the vendor.
