Recently purchased 9800x3D Bundle Issue: (ACPI_BIOS_ERROR (0xA5)

Purchased the AMD 9800X3D/ GIGABYTE B850 GAMING X/ CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB 32GB (2X16)  BUNDLE DDR5-6000 and have been having an issue preventing me from installing a fresh installlation Windows 11.

Error: ACPI_BIOS_ERROR (0xA5). 

* I can boot up into the BIOS fine, my firmware version is F10. 

*I can see all the components in the BIOS as well. 

*I tried  reseating the RAM, GPU and CPU (9070 XT, doesn't snap in, but the release tab gets triggered to lock in the GPU). 

* Tried re flashing the BIOS (was successful F10 is on the board). 

* Wiped my NVME drive on another PC using checkdisk on Command Prompt to make sure previous windows installation is no longer on there. 

* Successfully restored original BIOS Settings by removing CMOS battery and even using a flat head on the CMOS reset pins on the board. 

*Disabled CSM, Secure Boot, Re-enabled them. 

I'm completely stumped. Is my board defective? I have troubleshooted this for a total of 12 hours since Thursday. I tried everything. May need to exchange the whole bundle at this point. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
