Some quality issues

Hi there.
Recently I had exchanged powerspec twice. The first one was a G762, the AIO system made a very loud noise, RGB of rams not lighting up randomly, exchanged and got a new G762, still had same issues. The second time I decided to go for a higher-end, the G914, everything worked fine but my RGB strips were not working. I really like micro center but the experience of buying these pcs are frustrating me a little bit. I hope you guys can focus on assuring the quality a bit more, that would be awesome. PowerSpecs always has a good price, I really like them. From my place to the Fairfax store takes me a 40mins drive, which is totally fine, but I do wish I don’t have to go to the store again just to have these tiny issues fixed. Is there any way to fix strips? I installed the MSI center and tried to changed, but I think it wasn’t detected.
