PC build help

Im new to pc building and would wanna try to get like a pc build that could be good enough to where i could like game/stream and maybe sometimes have 1 game running in the background and that game could be like modded minecraft and maybe play BO7 and other shooter games. I wanna try and get a 32gb ddr5 build with am5 build and if possible 9060xt 16gb or is possible a better one that could still allow me to play the game mentioned before and stream too. Also if possible could be a gaming/productivity build cause sometimes i do game while having like discord and maybe 6 chrome tabs open and sometimes have Spotify open. A build i have saved/looked at is around 1800 and had a 7800x3d. I wanna try and get lower then that price. Thank you in advance
