G765 Crashing
I have had the G765 for about a month and it has hard crashed on me 3 times. I am really not sure what to do.
I have disabled EXPO in BIOS since looking into the dump files seems like it could have been an issue but I haven't tried to replicate the crash. It would crash randomly. Twice while gaming and streaming then once when just opening a YouTube video.
If anyone can help me get this resolved that would be amazing. I can try and provide any information.

I have tried a few things since.
Changing the EXPO 1 to the out of the box XMP 1 and ran testmem5. It completed 1 cycle then ran into an error at test 4.
I changed the ram to 5800MHz ran the test again and it then gave an error in cycle 1 at test 0 also on test 1 because I ran it again.
I disabled XMP and ran the test and received no errors through 3 cycles of testmem5 with 4800MHz speeds.
Is there anything else I can try to get speeds close to 6000MHz stable? Thank you -
Test 4 usually means the IMC is at fault for the instability. Please run Zentimings and post a screenshot here.

Hey Mike I have attached the screen shots

In your BIOS, search for the Power Down Enable setting, and switch it from Auto to Enabled.

I have tried turning that on. Actually still have it on. In zentimings though it weirdly says its disabled and I have checked multiple times in the BIOS.
I've tested 5800 and 5600 and still get errors. When I run with XMP/EXPO turned off though it goes through the full hour and a half of anta777 testmem5 without errors twice.
When I tested the 5800 and 5600 I did change the VCORE SOC to 1.25v and Power Down Enable to enable to see if it would help and it did not.
I have just been running it with the profile disabled for now at 4800.
Would still be interested in any suggestions.
Edit: I forgot to mention I did update the BIOS to the F12c as well to see if that would help. -
Some times more SoC is the opposite way to go. You can lower the VDDP down to 0.90V, that may help with the IMC. You might also try a lower SoC, like 1.15V.

Alright so i tried testing with those tweaks but unfortunately I wasn't in the room when testmem5 was running. When i came back the PC restarted. So it crashed and I don't know when but i have the dump file.

If you need any more info I will be happy to provide or other suggestions.

Test 5 points to the IMC. At this point bring it in and we'll swap the RAM or CPU and get you going.
