Warranty issue

I had bought a pre-built rig in 2024 with an extended 2-year warranty. There were some issues at checkout to where it supposedly caused my warranty to run along with the manufacturer warranty and now I've been without a warranty for 2 months due to it. My first question is: how and can I get my 10 months back? Next is: has anyone else have this issue?
