Display Port question

I have a PowerSpec G731 and cannot figure out what the "HDMI" port and the "Display Port" ports are used for. I'm asking about the ones located near the top of the computer, above the USB C 10G & USB 10G ports. My monitor is currently plugged into the HDMI port near the bottom of the computer next to 3x DisplayPorts; I'm assuming that's where the graphics card is. My goal is to set up another monitor or plug into my TV so I can game from my computer to my TV. So my question: what are the ports labeled "HDMI" and "DisplayPort" used for (the ones above the USB 10G ports)?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
