Looking to build my first pc. Any chance someone can put together a $600-$700 build?

Welcome to the forum! I can assist with piecing together a $600-$700 build, however I have a question. Does this $600-$700 budget include keyboard, mouse and monitor? Or do you already have those peripherals?

The second build would be faster and has a lot of RGB components if you prefer that visual aesthetic. If you would prefer pure performance, you can go with cheaper components and invest in a better CPU to pair with the graphics card.
