Only real change I would make is going with a 250gb ssd like this one https://www.microcenter.com/product/511699/crucial-bx500-240gb-ssd-micron-3d-nand-sata-iii-6gb-s-25-internal-solid-state-drive. And then a mechanical drive like this one https://www.microcenter.com/product/600551/seagate-barracuda-2tb-7200rpm-sata-iii-6gb-s-35-internal-hard-drive. Because it will only be a few extra bucks and get you to 1.25 tb of storage instead of just 500 gb. Considering you were at 80$ for the 500 gb one and these two combined are like 90 and change after tax. Seems worth the extra 10 bucks personally but other than that pretty solid part list for 1k. But I would buy that cpu quick, won't be that kind of deal for long.

I do agree with the comment from TheITDad, since I see that you are going with a 144hz monitor and gaming keyboard and mouse, it would appear that this setup is mainly for a gamer, a smaller SSD would be best for installing windows and then the game clients which you could use even a 120GB but a 1TB HDD or bigger will give you the extra storage needed for the games since most newer games can take 40GB+ and that is without any updates or DLC added.
