Build me a gaming pc $1200 (flexible)

Hello, this will be my first pc build so I need help with what parts to get. My goal is around $1200 and that is just for the rig itself not including mouse and keyboard / monitor. I’m looking to play mostly RPG’s, RTS’s, modded Bethesda titles, Mount and Blade, Divinity, Totar War, etc. Thank you!

  • Hello @Blake, so this is a great price point to get a really solid build.  The one I did should allow you to do really high quality on all the games you want.  You should be able to do some really good 1440p gaming at well over 60fps on the majority of games on high to ultra graphic settings.  Depending on flexibility in price you could possibly try to jump up your CPU to a  Ryzen 7 3700x and a x470 motherboard for maybe an extra 200+ bucks for both.  But for now the Ryzen 5 3600x and the solid B450 tomahawk board will handle what your wanting with no sweat.
