I just purchased the Microsoft Office 365 software, and have been unable to install it onto my desktop system.  I've followed all the customer directions, but still have been unsuccessful, please provide "detailed" step by step directions for this type of assistance.  Thank you!

The tech support personnel sent me a link to download instructions, but there were no directions that outlined directions for someone who already purchased the product in the store.

Hello Wyatt, the first step after making a purchase is activation. The card that was purchased will have a key on the back of the card that needs to be revealed by scratching off the silver sticker. Then you can go to htttp://www.office.com/setup to sign in and activate with your Microsoft account.
