Fans running and pc receiving power but no display
I recently decided to upgrade my pc. I have an asus rog strix b450f gaming atx motherboard, and upgraded from an amd ryzen 5 2600 wraiths to AMD AMD RYZEN 5 3600 WRAITHST. I also replaced my CRUCIAL 8GB D4 2400 SPLT CL16 with a CRUCIAL **16GB 8X2 D4 3200CL16 BS. When connected to the power supply, the lights and fans turn on, including an orange light near my ram, but there is no display. I've tried taking the two parts i replaced out and putting them back in, and even tried replacing the new ram with the old one to see if it would turn on but it didn't. Is it a problem with the CPU? Did I install it incorrectly or is it dead? I am very new at this so I'm not sure if its something I did wrong or if maybe the parts I bought aren't compatible.
Thank you very much for any replies, they are much appreciated.

The PC was working fine before i replaced it, I didn't touch anything but the CPU and the RAM when replacing it.

Greetings. Looking into these parts, it appears the BIOS would need to be flashed on that motherboard for it to support the 3600, has that been done with this board?
