New to PC, Budget is 1200
Hello, I don't know if I am posting in the correct area however I am wanting to build a PC for my first time with some RGB that is able to play GTAV, Bethesda games with mods, Arma 3. COD etc.. This price is without the monitor/Keyboard+ Mouse. Any assistance would be great.
Thank You.
Thank You.

Hey @GameSports, so here is a build that comes in at about 1180. Doesn't have a ton of RGB but imho RGB can be added down the line and performance is key to playing the games you want at a good speed. But if you insist on RGB now downgrade your GPU to a 2060 or 2060 super and should save you between 100 - 200 bucks to do RGB the way you want. But his build will do everything you want at 1440p high to ultra settings. I'd have to concur with TheITDad's selection as well! Since this is your entry into the PC Gaming world, an AMD Ryzen build would be a great start!

Does that motherboard have built-in wifi or is their a motherboard that can be replaced by it but still give the same power?

This particular build does not have it included and swapping it out for one that does will put you overbudget unless you decide to opt in for a 2060 Super instead of the 2070, which like @TheITDad stated, should free up a couple hundred dollars for the budget.

Actually, I did find this one w/ WiFi that's only 10-15 more than the original board listed on ITDad's build. https://www.microcenter.com/product/510206/gigabyte-b450-aorus-pro-wifi-amd-am4-atx-motherboard
