Racing Sim Setups! Let's see them!
Greetings all!
I'm fairly new to the racing sim scene (recently started playing F1 2018/2019) and I've been interested to see different racer setups! I recently decided to go with a Logitech G920 Driving Force w/ pedals and I have to say, I'm definitely hooked on racing now. I'm trying to get more and more hours in before I decide to invest in a Racing Rig to mount my wheel and pedals on, but if you have suggestions or photos of your rig, I'd love to see them! Let's race sometime! I'll try to get photos of my current setup tomorrow!

No pictures but I have a https://www.microcenter.com/product/480793/samsung-c49hg90-49-dfhd-144hz-hdmi-dp-freesync-hdr-curved-led-gaming-monitor specifically for racing on. I use https://www.microcenter.com/product/468722/thrustmaster-t300-rs-gt-edition for the wheel and I have had it for ~5 years without issue. Changed the pedals to Fanatec CSL Elites about 2 years ago and I hope Micro Center starts to carry more Fanatec items as they are top notch.

@TS_AlexS @TSIanL Have you seen Austin Evan's latest video with us? He gets an awesome racing set up https://youtu.be/-naamtpQ8lw Ken wasn't so lucky this time...
-
Oh my, I think I fall into the in-between category for broke vs pro here...
-
@TSIanL you have a $900-$1000 something monitor... you're not even close to the broke line. loool.
My current entry level racing setup runs about $400 if you don't include the computers/monitors that I already had. Coming from someone who mainly played FPS games, the wheel/pedals (Logitech G920) and stand (NextLevel Wheel Stand - Lite) was what I'd consider fairly budget, but you get pretty great quality. If I log in 1000+ hours, I'll probably transition over to a Thrustmaster setup.

Totally blurred out the background so you don't have to see the initial mess of wires but this is the initial setup I had for the Logitech G920 and NextLevelRacing Wheel Stand - Lite. I plan on creating another post with the current setup I have for F1 2019 racing with the mount adjusted and positioned.

Anyone participating in the weekly event for the Chinese Grand Prix on F1 2019? I just placed P5 and I'm in the top 15% of 6000 racers so far
