Hello I have a B450 pro WiFi mobo, that is capped at 3200 ram speed, I want a mobo with higher ram like speed 3600+/ my cpu is a Ryzen 5 3600 and my GPU is a 5700 xt nitro plus, I need suggestions thanks !

If it's the Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro Wifi, you should actually be able to OC up to 3600, according to Gigabyte's specs:

However, if you're looking for an X570, I'd probably look at the X570 TUF:

Yes that exact board, really ? Wow I didn’t know that, I’ve heard that, Oc it to 3600 speed makes the mobo unstable but idk lol& sweet so the next step would be x570 or just a 570 board ? (I’ll look into that board thank you for the suggestion)

The answer to that is actually "maybe." Even if you're running RAM within it's advertised specs, or the board's supported speeds, there is always a chance of instability when overclocking because there are a lot of factors at play between the board itself, your CPU and your RAM. You may or may not run into issues when OCing your RAM.

There's no "570" boards just "X570". X570 boards are the ones specifically made for third-gen Ryzen CPUs, so yes they are the next step.
