Can I do an exchange on a motherboard?

I purchase a motherboard for my Dad on 3/25/20 and I was not able to make the return by date because of this covid situation we are going through. Is it possible to be able to do an exchange for another motherboard asap in the store?

I bought a new tug z390-plus motherboard less then a month ago. I need to find out if there is any way to get a replacement network/wi-fi external antenna? Just need a new one, but don’t want to take apart the computer!
