It appears they are very similar, just some minor differences in the ports available on the monitor itself and what is included with the monitor. Here is a comparison website but all the main specs are the same: https://www.displaydb.com/compare/dell-ultrasharp-u2419hx/dell-ultrasharp-u2419h

The only difference I can find is the U2419HX comes with an HDMI cable and the U2419H comes with a Display port cable
