Trying to build a new set up

I'm currently trying to build a new setup. I'm going to reuse a couple of parts off my current build that is on DDR3. I'm trying to run all my games on avg. high setting.  Definitely a budget build. not looking to spend crazy money.
Parts that I'm going to reuse:
Asus ROG Strix 1070 (If I need to i will upgrade GPU)
Corsair H100i CPU Cooler
Corsair- CX750m 750w
SnowBlind PC Case
Samsung 500GB SSD
3x Western Digital 1TB HD

Hello @DeadAmbition .  Welcome to the forum.  Great news is all the parts you wanted to reuse will be fine! Let me ask a couple of quick questions.  

1. What is your budget?
2. What are the gaming titles?
3. What resolution/refresh rates are you going to try to game at?

@TSNickW TY for the reply! And it's for games like gta5 Battlefield, and call of duty games for the more graphically demanding games that I play. Then there's league of legends, valorant and games like that that are not as demanding.
