First PC build - Looking for a little help

I haven't built a pc before so I don't really know what I'm doing but these are the components I have picked out so far. Is there anything on the list below that could be changed with better parts whilst keeping the overall price safely under $800? My goal is for this to be able to smoothly run the newest games 1080p on high, maybe ultra, settings.

Part List:
- AMD Ryzen 5 2600X 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor
- Gigabyte B450 AORUS M Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
- Western Digital Blue SN550 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
- G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
- Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB OC Video Card
- Thermaltake Versa H18 MicroATX Mini Tower Case
- Thermaltake Smart 600 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

(also I was thinking about the RX 5600 XT instead of the GTX 1660; which one has the better value?)
Any other tips/help would be highly appreciated.
Thank You!

The 5600XT does perform better than the 1660 super, however that comes with the caveat that AMD has a bit of a reputation for not having the best drivers right now.

Parts seem pretty good except that I would recommend at least an 80+ Bronze PSU.
