Need help with a build around 1300

hello there I am very new to building PCs as this will be my first one. I already have keyboard, mouse, and monitor. I would like to dabble in streaming, play MMORPGs, and Call of Duty. Could someone send me a build that would work with my budget and what id like to do with it?

I have to agree with the majority of xcore's build.  Only changed up a few things and I included a case that is 80$, but feel free to change that up to whichever case you want.  And just like xcore said if you need to free up a bit of cash drop the cpu to the R5 3600 and that extra cash should allow you to do what you want.
