So I think I managed to squeeze the most out of a 1200 with tax budget. I included a copy of windows and still managed a nvme boot drive with a good seagate mass storage drive. If you don't need/want the copy of windows then I would suggest putting that 140 bucks into getting some better storage and perhaps go with a better x570 mobo instead of the B450 tomahawk board. Nothing wrong with the B450 board its a staple of mid grade amd builds. Now technically assuming a 15% sales tax the cost of all this comes to 1216 and change but I figured 20 bucks can be managed somewhere to cover that little extra cost. @Bgunn23 I would suggest the build with the 5700xt as long as you don't need the windows copy. As there are.... ways to put windows on a pc without a key but it can't be "recommended". But If you can manage without and get a 5700xt then go for it, it is a better card than the 2060 anyways.

Download windows 10 from Windows website. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
There's lots of room for future updates with this set up, like a CPU, M.2, and more ram. But the bones are really good. The 2070 super is way better than the 2060 and the EVGA power supply will last for many years.
