Just about everything looks pretty good except two things I could see. First not sure if it was intentional and if it is feel free to re-adjust but you didn't have a case in your link there. So I removed the 500gb inland m.2 and put a fractal meshify c case for 99 in there. Second, while the ram you picked is by no means bad the set I picked is same frequency and cl but for 17$ cheaper. Other than that I believe everything you have chose will do fantastic for what you want. If tax becomes to much the easy places to cut corners and not really effect performance would be going to the R7 3700x, the performance is very similar to the 3800x but for a few bucks cheaper. You could also drop the case down to a cheaper case and maybe save 20-30 bucks.Configure Your PC: https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=c1914ebc-2917-4220-a231-2bc0156fdbadCPU: (1) AMD Ryzen 7 3800X Matisse 3.9GHz 8-Core AM4 Boxed Processor with Wraith Prism Cooler ($299.99 EACH)Motherboard: (1) Gigabyte Aorus Elite WiFi X570 AMD AM4 ATX Motherboard ($209.99 EACH)RAM: (1) G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3600 PC4-28800 CL16 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit F4-3600C16D-16GVKC - Black ($83.99 EACH)Case: (1) Fractal Design Meshify C Tempered Glass ATX Mid-Tower Computer Case - Black ($99.99 EACH)Power Supply: (1) PowerSpec 750 Watt 80 Plus Gold ATX Fully Modular Power Supply ($109.99 EACH)Video Card: (1) Sapphire Technology Radeon RX 5700 XT Nitro+ Overclocked Triple-Fan 8GB GDDR6 PCIe 4.0 Video Card ($459.99 EACH)M.2 SSD: (1) Crucial P1 1TB SSD 3D QLC NAND M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe 3.0 x4 Internal Solid State Drive ($109.99 EACH)Hard Drive: (1) Seagate BarraCuda 2TB 7200RPM SATA III 6Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive ($50.99 EACH)Keyboard: (1) Corsair K70 RGB MK.2 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - USB PassThrough & Media Controls - Tactile & Quiet- Cherry MX Brown - RGB LED Backlit ($144.99 EACH)Monitors: (1) MSI Optix MAG321CQR 31.5" WQHD 144Hz HDMI DP FreeSync Gaming LED Monitor ($399.99 EACH)Case Fans: (3) Arctic Cooling P12 Fluid Dynamic Bearing 120mm Case Fan ($8.99 EACH)Total: $1,996.87

Thank you! I already have the meshify c at home so great pick! My thought on adding a 2nd cheap SSD was to prevent the P1 from filling up too much since it tends to slowdown when close to full capacity. Any suggestions on a nice keyboard? My preference is mechanical but quiet. If a have any budget room I might pick up a new headset too

Keyboards can be very much up to each person but I like Corsair's mechanical keyboards but I would suggest trying a few out by maybe ordering them on Amazon get them try for a day or 2 then if you don't like it sanitize and ship back since Amazon's return policy is fantastic.
