In store pick up question

Me and my fiancé bought the kiddos A gaming monitor, we paid for it on her credit card and after check out it tells me I need the card and ID on pick up, but due to her being 6months pregnant she is not leaving the house due to COVID-19. What are my options on picking it up without her?

    Also I’ve been calling the Denver Micro Center store for 30minutes now and it’s saying the hold capacity is full and the phone hangs up.

    Greetings. You can use another card at time of pickup, it will just have to match the ID of the person picking it up.

    If you're looking for time frames from online order to confirmation, it varies depending on how busy the store is currently.  Prior to the pandemic, it would be around 18 minutes, but due to the influx of requests, it is advised to just wait until you receive the confirmation email prior to heading to the store.  I do apologize if this is an inconvenience.

    no worries, I put the order in now, was not planning to pick it up until tomorrow 4/18/20 morning?

    That shouldn't be an issue!  Once it's confirmed, you have 72 hours to pick it up

    Want a Samsung 32" monitor. Your site shows 6 in stock in Madison Heights.
    But, I don't want to come in to the store and interact with anyone in person (Virus)
    Can I order and pay by credit card over the phone, and then stop in front of store, call and have someone bring it out and put it into the trunk of my car?

    The Madison Heights location is currently offering curbside pickup services. When you place a reservation order through the website, you will receive a confirmation email when it's complete. Once you receive that email, there will be a link inside that will allow you to set  the order as curbside pickup.

    Due to the virus outbreak we've had an extremely high volume of reservations and they've been taking a lot longer to process than normal. The exact time frame will vary depending on your local store, but some locations have been very far behind. Once you receive a confirmation email that the order is ready, you'll then have three days to come to the store to get it.

    This is related to curbside pickup: I went to the North Jersey location to pick up an order that was place on the website.  I arrived there 1.5 before the already early closing and was told that they were not allowing any more customers in the store for the day.  This is after driving a hour with tolls to pick up this order.  If this is an issue, why does that location not have curbside order pickup ?  I did gripe to one of the Microcenter associates at the door and they told me that they had stopped letting people in an hour ago and to contact the home office about curbside pickup.

    I'm sorry today didn't go the way as planned.  That's never a good feeling at all.  We've been implementing curbside pick up at store locations at a steady pace.  I'll definitely get word up the ladder about your concerns with New Jersey's location and curbside pickup @Foo_Neil

    For the Houston location:  I understand it will take time, but can you tell me if my reservation will take 3 days to gather or more?  I'm up against a deadline and if I can't get the parts this week, I need to figure out a Plan B.  I placed it last week, so i'm hoping I can pick it up in the next day or so.

    I placed an order yesterday for tustin store. Have not received any email updates and order says it is still processing. Went by the store today after work, wait was too long to go in but they said online order wait times are around 30 min. Went home checked my order and one of the items only has one left in stock. If that one item runs out will my whole order be canceled or will they still pick up the other items and I can just get those?

If this is not for our Micro Center Madison Heights location, then your employees can pick this order up for you, though know they would be required  to use card payment in their name to pick up the order. Depending on the item the order may be split to have a partial reservation or cancelled.     Hello Adan, we do allow anyone to pickup the order as long as they have the order number and are able to pay for it using their own credit card.

    Hello Isaiah, currently our hours are 10am to 7pm for the PA location, however, we stop processing new orders after 6pm, which means that if you have not gotten your confirmation then the order would not be ready that night. If you already have the confirmation email informing you to come to the store, then you may arrive any time before 7pm, when we close. Keep in mind with COVID-19 and higher wait times, we may not be able to add you to the waitlist after 6pm.

I was wondering how I will go about the process once I get there, and how to claim my reservation. I’ve got the confirmation email 2 days ago, so I’m set. Just don’t know what to do when I get there.

    Hello @AntoineYetts, we only place a small hold on the card used for the reservation. The full payment will be charged on the card used for pickup. If you have the confirmation email letting you know its ready then you may come to the store. If you text your order number to the store we would be happy to check the status of the order.

    @Denis_Ferreira our reservations have been backed up recently so I do not have an estimated time for when the order would process. However, once the order is completed you will have three days to pick up the order. This time starts once you get the email confirming the order.

    I understand you already have your confirmation @Isaiah_H this will allow you to come to the store and once your allowed to enter, then you bring the confirmation to the pickup counter and they would be able to retrieve your order. An ID and Credit Card would be required to finalize the payment of the order.

    Hello @jenlo someone else can certainly pick up the order if they your order number; However, they would need to use their own id and credit card to pay for the order.
