Need help choosing components for my first pc build

I am new to pc gaming after previously playing on console. I've decided I'm going to build my own pc, but I need help choosing parts. My budget is $1050, including a monitor, keyboard and mouse/mousepad. I'm hoping to play some newer games on high and ultra settings, if possible. I have chosen the following parts for the computer itself, not including peripherals.
Cpu- AMD - Ryzen 5 2600X 3.6GHz 6 Core AM4 Boxed Processor with Wraith Spire Cooler
Mobo- Gigabyte - B450 AORUS M AMD AM4 mATX Motherboard
RAM- Crucial - Ballistix Gaming RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 CL16 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit BL2K8G32C16U4BL - Black
Case- NZXT - H510 Tempered Glass ATX Mid-Tower Computer Case - Black
Psu- EVGA - 600 Watt 80 Plus Bronze ATX Semi-Modular Power Supply
Video card- Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Overclocked 6GB GDDR6 Dual-Fan PCIe 3.0 Video Card
Storage- Inland Premium - 512GB SSD 3D NAND M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe 3.0 x4 Internal Solid State Drive
The compatibility checker on this website says all these parts are compatible, but if somebody could confirm that then that would be great. I would also like feedback on if I'm spending money in the right places. If you have suggestions for kinda cheap peripherals(I have a headset already) that would be appreciated. Thanks.

@Josh
Good afternoon and thank you for posting your selection for your computer build! The parts chosen look solid and looks like you've put your money to the right places for a solid gaming experience. As for keyboard options I would recommend SteelSeries as a good starter option as shown on the following link.

The following Logitech mouse would also be a solid mouse for gaming without going over budget.

If you have any additional questions about your choice, please let us know, and a Sales Consultant in store will also be happy to review this with you in store before you make your purchase.
