We are resellers, Tustin store told us we should send docs to Mrs Ponce by email, it has passed several days, three emails sent and no feedback, any hints?
Tustin told me they didn't know how to process tax-exempt paperwork for my nonprofit. They made me pay full price, said they were going to ask the corporate offices on Monday, and I should expect a refund on the credit card once it's processed. That's over a week ago, and I've been in contact with your online support repeatedly. Twice they've told me they would get this resolved right away.
And...nothing. I can't tell if MicroCenter as a company is promising something it doesn't intend to deliver, or if there's a problem with the Tustin store.
