New build boot to windows takes about 2 to 5 min.

Hi I’m looking for some help with my new pc build 

ryzen 5 3600x wraith cpu fan 
Msi X570 gaming plus motherboard 
zotac twin fan 2070 super 
corsair cxm 550 power supply 
ripjaws ddr4 3600 ram 
so it was having problems booting into the bios but finally it’s cooperating and booting into windows but it takes about 2 to 5 minutes to actually get into it. I’ve replaced the cpu and the board had a ryzen 5 3600 and a b450 tomahawk max and was having the same issue fans start up and it seems like everything fine but then get a vga light error from the motherboard it’s been a headache and a half and this is my first build of anyone knows anything any help would be great. Thanks.

What are you using for storage? SSD? HDD? M.2?

Please also list out brand and model and history of your storage units.

m.2 Samsung evo and also a 2tb hardrive

Just want to clarify. It leads a long time to boot into window because you will get the error light then the system will reboot. and it will be fine the next time?

Figured out the issue. The hardrive was actually causing the error. Everything’s good now boot time is about 20 seconds
