My Surface Pro 4 shows that Defender is no longer available. It won't "restart" and gives me an error message that an IT Administrator is needed. I've searched online for fixes, and the solutions don't seem to match up to the options on my computer.

I should clarify my question above. What won't "restart" is the Defenders app. The computer restarts just fine.
