How do I speak with a store expert?  Looking for a laptop.

Looking at reviews I see its number one complaint is about the battery: not charging or not staying charged. I'm wondering if this is a common problem and if it is covered under the warranty? Do you recommend this computer in general and for moderate to light gaming?

Like anything else, battery issues unfortunately can happen, but they shouldn't be any more common on this laptop than any other. Something like that would be covered under the warranty, and this would be a good computer for light gaming.
