Cannot get front access USB to work - TC-102 Case - Asus Prime B350 Plus board
Hi, Thanks for taking the time to help. I recently purchased the Thermal Master TC-102 case and they have front access usb ports that will not work with my board for whatever reason. I checked the pins, bios to make sure the USB ports were not overridden, etc. Any thoughts? I want to use them for basic stuff. The only thing I can think of is they are usb 2.0 and the mobo hookup looks to be 3.0 / 3.1?

Hello @JCrusse! Welcome to the Community.
The front ports on that case are USB 2.0. Without knowing what motherboard you have I can't say exactly what ports it has available, but a USB 2.0 cable from the case would have to be attached to a USB 2.0 header on the motherboard to work properly.
