Hi I recently got my cpu and when I opened it, some of the pins were bent could I please get a replacement

Hello @Moetrublabe! Welcome to the Community.
If the pins were bent due to user error, i.e. dropping the box or installing it improperly, that would not be covered by the return policy. However if it was a manufacturer's defect out-of-box, then we can get it exchanged.
