Hello,
I placed an order for pick up on Sunday and yet to hear back if my order is ready. This is very time sensitive for me since I need this item for a work project. If this item is not available or not ready I have no choice of canceling it and going to BestBuy for same day pick up. Is there anyone that can look into this for me?

Due to the virus outbreak we've had a high volume of reservations and have been experiencing delays. If it's something very time sensitive and the items are showing available at the store I would recommend just making the trip in. If you can private message me the reservation number I can check on the status for you.
