Out of Stock Despite Reserving

Hi, thanks for working so hard.
I made a reservation on Saturday and it's still not done. Understandable of course. But two of the items I purchased are now out of stock at the Dallas location I reserved it at. Is this going to affect the order being complete at all?

Hello @Liam! Welcome to the Community. 

Unfortunately this likely will affect the order being completed. The way reservations work is that once they're placed our managers receive a notification and they are able to assign it to somebody for completion and we go to physically locate the items for you. However, until we actually physically get them and confirm the reservation, they remain on the shelf and somebody else could pick them up. Under normal circumstances this wouldn't be an issue because we could get to it quickly, but with the delays and the time-frame for the reservation I'll say it's very likely the items were picked up already, especially if it's something more high demand.
