Repair Status
Options
I dropped off my Powerspec G225 on 4/17 and has not receive a call regarding the repair. The issue was no signal coming from the Graphics Card to the Monitor. I don't see any Check Repair Status button on your website and calling the store in Tustin has long hold times. Please advise.

Hello @Rommel! Welcome to the Community. I moved your thread over to Customer Support since hardware support is more for troubleshooting.
You can look up the status of your repair on https://service.microcenter.com/ if you have the repair order number, though that portal doesn't provide a lot of detail. If you don't have the repair order or service order number you can contact Tech Support via text/chat/email and we can try looking it up for you.
I'm going to open a ticket and send you an email follow-up, if you see it please reply via email and we can check into this for you!
