Missing Item from Purchase

On Friday the 17th of April I came in and purchased items I had reserved. When I got home I was missing my Seagate Barracuda hard drive I bought in the bag. I have been trying to get some type of help all weekend and have not gotten any real responses just put on hold for hours and told to wait for emails for days.

I would recommend coming back into the store if you haven't already and a manager would be able to get the missing items to you.
