Missing Item from Purchase
On Friday the 17th of April I came in and purchased items I had reserved. When I got home I was missing my Seagate Barracuda hard drive I bought in the bag. I have been trying to get some type of help all weekend and have not gotten any real responses just put on hold for hours and told to wait for emails for days.

I am sorry to hear about your missing items. We would be happy get this taken care of for you. I would recommend coming back into the store if you haven't already and a manager would be able to get the missing items to you. Alternatively if you would like to contact us via text or chat we can take your reference number and personal information over to the store managers to contact you.
