When can I pick up the laptop I ordered?

I ordered it yesterday.  Never received an email with Pickup Information

Also, I can't get in touch with anyone....tried to sign in with the info I used yesterday to set up my account - couldn't; tried to reset password, used the temporary one issued by customer support and then got locked out.

Welcome to the Micro Center Community!  I apologize about the difficulties you have trying to reach us, but I can definitely try taking care of this issue for you.  Do you by chance have the order number for the order?  If not, could you DM me the Email you would have used for the pick up order.
