My brand new dead laptop
What do I do to get my laptop going again? It (Removed by Moderator) died about 5 weeks after I brought it home. Emails have not been answered. There is no reaching you by phone. No car. I am fearful of taking the bus to you (72 with respiratory ailments) but if I did I would need to know exactly what to expect. MY PHONE # (Removed by Moderator). Please help.
