Greetings. To cover the basics first - the card is in the same slot as your current video card and using the same cabling from monitor to card? Also you have the necessary PCI connectors plugged into the new video card?
-
well not the same cabling because i don't have a dvi port should I buy one
-
What cable are you using from the new card to your computer?

Hdmi
